Meet Hamilton, a two-month-old Belgian Malinois mix! This cute dude would benefit from being with a family who can take him through basic obedience and continue with his potty training. Hamilton is full of energy and spunk and will not bore you! He loves to play with toys and other dogs. He has been exposed to cats and chickens and was respectful of both. Hamilton would make a great addition to an active family!
Meet Jules! This beautiful girl would love to meet someone who will take her on hikes and walks around the neighborhood. Jules can be a bit unsure in new situations and would be best in a home with kids over the age of 12. This sweet gal would love a canine companion in her new home so she can play chase all day long!
Tiana is a one-year-old Retriever/Labrador mix who was transferred from an overcrowded shelter in Texas and is ready to find a new life in the Pacific Northwest. Tiana is a super easy going girl who loves to play and go for long walks. She’s looking for a very special family who can give her the love and attention she so deserves, and help manage her skin condition – which is in no way contagious to people or other animals but will require treatment and monitoring.
Be a Better Pet Parent with the Help of Fido Forever!
Learn more about helping your canine companion live the happiest, healthiest and most stress-free life possible at this fun event. Certified Professional Dog Trainer Caren Malgesini will explore dog communication and some common canine issues. There will also be time to have your own canine questions answered.
Dogs are welcome, but not necessary. If you do decide to make it a date for you and your dog, you can arrive early or stay late for some quality play time in Dogwood’s doggie play space. (Dogwood Play Park’s entrance fee of $12 per dog will apply.)
Dogwood serves beer, cider and wine, as well as non-alcoholic drinks and snacks for humans. Or, feel free to bring your own!
Cost: There is no cost to attend this event. A $5 donation per person is suggested to support PAWS community education programs.
